Caesarion Gallery is expanding to Dubai, where we’ll raise our artwork prices to match the luxury market.

We need a passionate, organized Gallery Manager to run operations and create great experiences for artists and collectors in this new market. Based in Dubai (relocation required), this position starts April-May 2025. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves art, knows the gallery business, and thrives in luxury environments.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and optimize daily gallery operations, including curating exhibitions, managing sales, and elevating customer experiences
• Build and nurture relationships with artists and collectors, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful representation
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to attract high-net-worth collectors and art enthusiasts
• Plan and manage exclusive events, private viewings, and gallery openings
• Oversee inventory management, sales tracking, and transaction processing
• Ensure proper handling and security of valuable artworks
• Lead and mentor the gallery team while fostering an environment of excellence

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury gallery management, high-end art sales, or similar role
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Deep understanding of contemporary art market trends and collecting practices
• Proficiency with gallery management software and sales tools
• Flexibility to work extended hours for special events

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary between $7,500 – $9,500 per month ($90,000 – $114,000 annually)
• Housing allowance in Dubai
